切，切，切~

据上次用英文后，我发觉还是用华语比较好。。

英文还要想。。毕竟华语是我的母语~

昨天，第一次在别人的面前拿菜刀。。

在人家面前大显身手。。哈哈。。

我们的chef Brian要我们切这几样东西。。
garlic, onion, leek 等等。。

当然，不是一个人切全部。。

只能切一种。。T-T

我就选leek。。

RC让我知道leek的存在。。^^

切好后。。。

接下来，就是煮。。对吧?

错了~还有。。。鸡肉！

血，内脏全都还在！

要我们自己“清理”。。

不过。。。我的组抢着要切。。

Joan和XiaoV清理那只恐怖的鸡。。

我和其他人就去拿材料。。

white pepper, bayleaf等等。。^^

准备下锅了~

过后，我们要等水滚，才可以把蔬菜放下去。。

然后，要把表面上浮着的“东西”拿掉。。

煮得差不多后，我和朋友偷偷的喝了一小口。。

。。。。。。。。。。。。。

ugrrrhhhhh。。blek。。。。

没味道~

过后才知道。。

因为这只是煮来收的。。XD

这叫做STOCK。。

所以还没有加salt和其他调味料。。

Tadaa。。。。

很遗憾的。。

这个semester已经没有煮了。。

要等到第二学期。。。

蛮好玩的。。。

最近很烦。。

尤其是presentation。。。

星期四就是了。。。

加上japanese也是在星期四！

好多功课。。。

烦啊。。。。。。。。。。。>.<

想找人sms。。。但大多数都在考试。。

也不得空理我。。。

所以。。。

自己好自为之啦~

TIRED week....T-T

coz this few weeks very busy....
and very headache..canot tink wad to write...XD

exam, exam, and exam...
+ assignment and coursework
+ english roleplay
+ football co-co
= TIRED

here my scedule...
TIRED monday (coz got f.bal)
EASY tuesday (1 class + 1 class = 3 hours)
STUPID wednesday (6.30pm to 8pm de class)
GENG thursday (go class from 8am til 5pm and break 1 hour only)
SONG friday (after 12pm can go bek klang but mus wait fook together now)
ENJOYABLE sat & sun (play, lim teh and oso do revision)

haiz...see...me so free de ppl oso wil become like crazy...
summore japanese languague getting me headache now...
listening to the CD and answering those B-L-U-R words...
and very fast...dunno mus repeat how many times...T-T
lately, i'd failed my HI test...
HI (introduction to hospitality industry)...
look the format is easy...objective and true or false..
but then one question i tink is 4 marks...
then total is 100...
since i duno is 100...tot is 2 marks per question or wad...
so i jus tembak all...and lastly, i jus get 42..FAIL
so....as this happen, it makes me quite shock and sad...
fel like crying...but it wont hapen again...
i'll start study by now...
the final test coming soon...

today...20th of july...
after i reach condo at 7.45am,
smtg make me fel bad...
wondering why tis hapen...O.o
as i say jus now...tired monday...
after kitchen practical, then i decide to go back condo...
jus a few second after i went out the class, fook cal me to go jj with
kenny and those girls...
although my leg is pain like hell, but i dun fel like wan to b alone at condo..
so i jus followed....^^
now only got time write coz i dun wan do anyting else...
TIRED!!!

gonna paid for the equipment tis week...
nex week will learn cutting d...^^
